At Nana Bonica, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and/or refunds within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following conditions:

Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry items are not returnable and non refundable,

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

We only accept returns on items that are unused and in original condition. 

Orders are shipped via USPS, and we process orders within 1-3 business days.
